Our season launches with Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana in collaboration with HONENS Piano Competition. We are thrilled to be joined by 2022 HONENS finalist Sasha Kasman Laude along with her father Yakov Kasman, performer, professor and piano pedagogue. This chamber version of the work will feature pianists along with 6 percussionists, Luminous Voices and Cantaré Children’s Choir’s Cantiga, soprano Laura Brandt and baritone Jin Yu! The chamber version prominently features piano along with the unique colours & timbres of a large percussion section.
